2.Start Mass Effect 3 Cheats for v1.5.5427.124 - +13 Trainer.exe, you got it.

P.S. Make sure to disable any firewall you might have running and disable or add the trainer to your av's exception list. Av's usually have an exception list for it to work properly, in case you don't want to disable the av completely.

Also make sure to disable windows UAC Controller completely whilst running the trainer or/& try running the trainer as administrator.

Numpad 3 - No Reload
Numpad 4 - Infinite Upgrade Points

P.S.
1. "Infinite Shield": May work for enemies，if you meet this condition just
   close this function temporarily. ("Infinite Health" may happen this too.)
2. "Infinite Upgrade Points: The skills will be reset after you enter the game again if the skill points exceed the level limit.
3. "Low Alien Awareness": When you scan the Awareness will increase, but never mind it will always be in a low level.
